In order to insure customer satisfaction Insignia Embroidery & Printing uses only quality items in their embroidery process. The items we provide are known to accept embroidery/ print without problems. Should there be damage in production on any items furnished by Insignia Embroidery & Printing that item will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
If you require that we embroider or print on items furnished by you as a customer of Insignia Embroidery & Printing , we will take every effort to insure a job that meets your satisfaction, but will NOT be responsible for replacing any items provided by you should they get damaged in the embroidering or printing process.
Insignia Embroidery & Printing will accept responsibility for Artwork in a Foreign Language provided that:
a. A full, verbatim translation of any Foreign Language into English is supplied with the Foreign Language content.
b. The translation is accurate and can be verified by an independent translator
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EMBROIDERY AND PRINTING QUALITY AND WILL NOT REPLACE ANY MERCHANDISE FURNISHED BY THE CUSTOMER. PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF ORDER.
